Sacred Circle

Circle

On our ancestral land, in a circle surrounded by wise trees, at this highly energetic location; in this shamanic place where our ancestors were doing opening, understanding and healing rituals we will hold our sacred circle. There we’ll give birth to a very special space, a sacred one, a pure place, to allow us to connect with ourselves, with others, with nature, with the universe…

Here will be held multiples ceremonies and rituals, all in luminous energy in the vision of celebrating joy, love and peace.

  • Sunrise and sunset ceremonies [OpenMind Festival]

During the whole festival, we’ll be preparing breathless sunrise and sunset ceremonies! The moments when the sun passes the horizon are truly magical moments, transition times; moments which facilitates inner peace, contemplation and unconditional love. We’ll create amazing ceremonies designed to allow us to live deep moments during these two beautiful moments of the day!

  • Fruit Tree planting ceremony [OpenMind et Liz Bolger]

During the festival we’ll plant a fruit tree to give back to the land, and to commemorate our positive imprint on the beautiful land welcoming us.

  • Solaramaru ceremony  [Philippe Bergeron – Sherbrooke]

Join the prayer song of the sisterhood. Anchored deep into our roots, let's consciously mend the web of life together. From the core of our being, let's create harmony, beauty and

    wholeness.

Let yourself be embraced by the sacred blanket of chanting and meditation... The chants are accompanied by different instruments, such as guitar, harp, oud, bouzouki and percussions… Come along, bring your instruments, and let's sing and meditate together!

  • Trance dance ritual [Maryse Thuot – Nova Scotia]

Join the trance dance ritual as you journey from darkness to light. With the use of blindfolds, clear intention, a breathing technique called the breath of fire and a unique weaving of tribal rhythms, retrieve the source of your creative self as you tap into the spirit within.(Bring a bandana or scarf, yoga mat and blanket if you can.)

    No dance experience necessary.
